I also use Monzo and some of the newer disruptor saving/banking apps, and while I really appreciate their new features, I've not yet switched over as I appreciate the reliability of Nationwide. There's nothing particularly innovative with them, but equally I've never had much difficulty - they're simply a dependable company who I'd trust with my money

Thankfully I've not had to use their insurance as yet, but they're excellent and communicating and provide brilliant value
