Having saved a significant sum of money with Atom I'm more than a little concerned that I have no independent proof that I deposited a penny with them. No certificate (paper or PDF), no confirmation e-mail, nothing. If there was a hiccup at Atom and the app displayed an 'unknown user error' I'm not sure if I could prove otherwise. When I mentioned my concerns to them I was told to take a screenshot of my savings summary - as if that would prove anything.
Recently the Android app started crashing. I've yet to hear back from them...
