After getting my daughter a kitten I did the usual insurance micro chipping etc. Poor tinker fell and badly broke her leg. Animal friends paid out quickly directly to the vet. Answered any queries I had. Sent me paperwork when asked and friendly staff. Tinker needed more surgery as metal pins dislodged. Again paid out quickly and directly to the vets. Policy has not suddenly jumped up over the years either as a result of claims.
