Easy to set up the correct type of cover for my needs at a reasonable price. No excessive price hikes on renewal. Have not claimed yet so cannot comment on this aspect.

The policy paperwork (done online) was straightforward and quick to complete. The quoted price was good and on renewal there was no price hike.
