I am very satisfied with the service provided. I lost my beloved kitten, but at least didn’t have to worry about the high vet bill. Of course I still had to pay the excess fee as well as the cost of euthanasia and cremation, but it was clearly stated in th policy so no surprises (they pay back the purchase price up to certain amount too). In general, affordable and reliable pet insurance.
