We have both cars insured with the AA. The policy was very easily obtained online at a competitive price. If the price is right at my renewal time I'd be more than happy to sign up with them again.

This is just a current account with interest that does exactly what it says on the tin. I love the fact that you get free travel insurance if you pay in at least £750 each month. Staff are super friendly and very helpful, no matter which branch you go to. Online banking is very easy to set up and use.

I don't use my credit card all the time, but it's very handy for holidays. I love the cash back you get just for using it and making repayments is super easy using the Nationwide online banking system. Staff are genuinely friendly no matter which branch you go to in my 40 years worth of experience with them. As an aside, many years ago I had a cheque book stolen and £600 taken from my account. I was quickly reimbursed and was treated with total respect which made the harrowing experience a lot more bearable.

I have been a Nationwide customer for many years. Although I do most of my banking online, on the recent occasions when I have visited my local branch, the staff have been genuinely friendly and very efficient.

Nationwide may be a huge organisation but I've always found the staff to be universally professional, friendly and efficient no matter which branch I go to.
