Absolutely awful experience with these guys as my insurers for my mobile phone. Paying £17+ a month for insurance for months and then finally when my phone breaks, they do everything in their power to tell me they dont cover that exact type of fault. When I then find a reasoning why they should cover it, they tell me that because of "how busy they are", they'll have to get someone to call me in 3 days yet someone was speaking to me there and then?! I got so annoyed I asked to cancel my policy and they asked for a cancellation fee! Money grabbing bastards.I'd be paying them for months and never claimed anything back and then due to their awful service I cancel and they charge me!!!! Never use!!!!
