I've been with them for almost 6 yrs. All was good until I had an accident recently which was my fault admittedly! They immediately put a hold on my claim saying it's because I didn't tell them of a change in jobs!!! I don't & have never used my car for work as it's near & easier to walk plus I drive company cars so don't need myown for this purpose! The mealage proves this! 2 yrs old & only 7000 miles!!!!! They have been happy to take my money for yrs but not so happy to pay the damages recently caused! I have contacted the financial ombudsman who agree with me and are happy to fight my corner if octagon refuse to pay! Yes if my vehicle was used for commuting to & from work they'd need to know of a job change! But the mere fact it is not should not effect my insurance!
