My dogs insurance had gone up by about 130% after a claim had been out in. After explaining over the phone the issues that I had with Rocco, Jade said she would call the insurers and explaine it all to them which resulted in them reducing it considerably and also Jade being able to offer me an additional discount from themselves. Very happy.
