My experience with Aegon has been truly awful. Their turnaround time on documents is around 10-14 days they are exceptionally arrogant and incompetent in equal measure. Three months on I am still waiting for my money and being told repeatedly that I am the delay. There is no real communication from them and you just waste hours trying to resolve things. Don’t put your money with them if you ever think you might want it back!
