So your car gets stolen and recovered by Police, needs to be assessed, no problem you can get a courtesy car..... you think. Well we haven’t assessed it yet so courtesy car doesn’t kick in until the damage is assessed, a week later still not assessed. No car, no follow up phone calls, you have to chase them. Bad enough having your car stolen, you expect your insurance company to be there for you.
