I have a Natwest graduate account and I have never had a problem with it. The mobile banking feature is great and helps me keep on top of my account on a daily basis, and I am really happy with the low rate of interest that I pay on my overdraft, as it gives me plenty of time to repay the overdraft before it converts without having to pay hefty fees
