if you are involved in a crash that wasn't your fault, this insurance company is the last people I would rely on. There information is vague and not helpful at all. The other insurance company involved have been much more helpful and have explained everything. I feel like I am paying insurance money for no reason, except so that my car is on the road. If anything bad happens, which we all hope wouldn't but sometimes does, they are no help at all. I am 18 years old, and this is my first crash, and they have been useless.
