What a joke

When they started, they had a simple mobile app and no fees. Now their app is an overcomplicated mess, and they seem to want to make money mostly by adding ridiculous fees, whilst providing terrible customer service. If you want to pay silly fees for a sub-par current account that gives you no help when something goes wrong, Monzo should be your choice! Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Great bank account

Nationwide's account pays market-leading interest, with a nice mobile app and a decent web app. The sign-up experience was pretty poor, but since then it's been very smooth sailing. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018
