We changed our current credit card to the American Express card with cash back rewards. It gives a great introductory offer and then continues with cash back throughout which you can access at the end of the year! It will be great to have a sum of money for a treat!

I have banked with HSBC since a child. Never had any problem with them, always friendly in branch and once online banking is set up it's simple and easy to use from both phone and computer. I only haven't given it full marks as I don't think they offer as competitive rates of interest or rewards as some competitors.

We hadn't had a credit card before but decided to get one to benefit from the Clubcard points. It was quick and simple to set up, cards came really fast, it is simple to understand the bill and pay via online banking each month. No problems at all and we are earning Clubcard points for all our spending :)
