Not terrible but there are better options out there

I've been banking with NatWest for close to 20 years. I started banking with them mostly out of convenience - there were branches close by and not much competition. They offer a range of products but I currently just have their basic account. It offers all the stuff any other bank does - telephone banking, online banking, easy accessible, etc. I used to have a Cash ISA with them too, but their interest rates are terrible, so it made more sense to move elsewhere. That's also the same reason I keep my savings elsewhere - better rates with other banks.
