The app is new in that it offers cashback. The app was slow to start but has more flourished info a really good app. It has real potential.

I've been with first direct for years. They are without doubt the best bank to deal with. Their phone service if you ever need then is second to none. The app is very good and very clear.
The back account is clear and provides everything you need.
I would highly recommend first direct to anyone. I have encouraged several family members who have also moved to first direct and are also very happy.

This is a great product with a decent app. Everything is there to run the credit card easily. The only reasonably big missing part is Apple/Google Pay. If Tandem could add this it would be a 5 star card and as near to perfect as you'd get. The zero fees and cashback abroad is always welcome.
