Had a disastrous experience with a claim in my first year (2016) with AA
& vowed would never use again. Took seven weeks from car damage (not my fault) till my car was ready for collection. Complained but got nowhere.
Renewal cost now just in, £470.00 for next 12 months, £312 for 2016.
What rubbish.
