Absolute c**** when you speak to them they don't care at all if you have money or not, they just care about you purchasing more miles.
Thank god I've only got 1 and half months left, they expected me to pay £300 for 500 miles?!?!
I just told them straight, keep the miles and i will just leave my car on the road till january and start a new policy!!!
