Any contact I have had on the telephone has been positive. The only gripe I have had is that the cashier at a branch wouldn't accept a cheque over the counter, I had to use the machine. The machine had ran out of envelopes so I had to go back in to the branch. It was just a pain for something that should have been so simple.
