I switched my account to HSBC but within two months closed it and moved back to my old bank. The app and website is excessively difficult to sign in to with too many passwords and PINs. I also received two different fraud attempts almost immediately upon opening - something I've never encountered with my old bank.

Easy to set up the policy but renewal price is almost double last years fee and the only way to stop the auto renew is to phone - this can't be done online.
