Terrible customer service

Marked account as default even though I was keeping up with payments. Closed my account without advising me. Ordered me to pay £3000. I complained and they apologised and said I should continue with the payments as agreed prior, they then defaulted my account again and have not even acknowledged my complaint for 7 weeks, will contact financial ombudsman next week after they miss the deadline.
