I have had a SWAPX card for over a year. SWAPX cards do not work at all outlets. In the USA most retails cannot get them to work at all. I have had endless problems with trying to swap currency online from GBP to EUR. I cannot top up the card with EUR from my bank at all, which is what I really wanted to do. Swapping sometimes works and sometimes it does not. Today I have an email message saying I had converted £490.99 into €1000. WOW! It is a great exchange rate!!!!! When I checked my account it was not like that at all. There had been several manual adjustments by SWAPX staff and they had created a currency exchange which I had never ordered. In fact I have not used the card for 3 months at all. I do not think I have lost any money but their back office systems are clearly not working.
