I've been invited to update on my previous review.
Basically, no change, it's still a dreadful excuse for a bank.
It's great for keeping one or 2 pounds in, you can then book pay on arrival hotels and sign up for free trials of Amazon Prime with no danger of being charged if you forget to cancel in time.
Other than the above, they are still promising the same things coming soooooon that they've been promising for the last 4 years, and seem no closer to delivering.
After a promising start, a spectacular failure to deliver.

The most useless, incompetent, disfunctional bank. They don't offer even the basics expected from a modern bank, like direct debits, standing orders, saved payee lists, iban, proper faster payments. As they onlw process payments 8am to 5 pm Monday to Fiday excluding bank and public holidays, a "faster payment" made at 6pm on the Thursday befpre Good Friday will actually take 5 days to be actioned.
One of their latest innovations is to offer fixed rate savings bonds @ 0% whilst their current account pays 0.03%.
As it says in the title, they are good for a laugh, but a serious bank they are not.
