Was much better when I first signed up as you got automatic cashback when you spent, and the joy of it was that you didn't have to think about it. Now you have to buy giftcards for most cashback so not as convenient

My experience with Natwest has always been seamless. The app is the easiest to use than any banking app I've used before, and I have always had prompt and helpful answers to any queries I've had. Would thoroughly recommend this bank

This app helps you save without even noticing! I love it and it means i often have a little cushion of money for those unexpected expenses. It's AI algorithm means that it only takes what you can afford, and the saves are easy to cancel, so I never have to worry about going overdrawn in my bank account.
