Phoned to raise a dispute with a payment. I am going to be posted a form rather than being able to do it on line. If I do want to do it electronically, I have to phone again (when the dispute dept is open) and ask if that is possible. The call taker cannot do that for me. All rather inefficient and inconvenient for customers.
