cannot get the account closed - be aware the bank is happy to receive your money but so so difficult to get it back

the bank will not accept any written instructions - all has to be done on line. not easy to reset the bank account and needs several letters to reset the account as phoning is not possible as never answers. go elsewhere if you need to access your account in your lifetime! Reviewed on: 5th April 2019
