Terrible terrible service. If they spent their marketing (and lying) budget on providing good service, being honest and delivering they'd actually be OK. Alas, their staff are terrible, they take weeks and weeks to finally realise they need 1 little detail then take weeks to review it. It's shocking, many Brokers avoid them like the Plague and they have a terrible reputation. I wouldn't even call them a last resort.
