I am very happy with the service I receive. I love being able to deposit and withdraw as and when. The staff in my local branch are all very friendly and chatty which is always nice.

First of all the call centre staff are always very helpful although it is not always easy to understand what they are saying. Online banking is smooth and easy. The one downside is the charge for unpaid transactions. £8 for already being skint! Harsh when it costs only a fraction of that for them.
