When I've had dealings in branch I just can't rely much on the staff for following through on actions they've promised. All the online services are great though. It's just the branch staff are a bit meh.

I use the website a lot because it's great. I also have the app but it totally fails to deliver. It just won't connect with any of my accounts that I've registered online.

Moneyfarm is such a great tool for entry level investors like myself who don't have huge amounts of money yet saved. It's a way of building up a portfolio at very low cost.
