They messed up changing the amount of an overpayment.

I'd rang up to increase my overpayments to an extra £116, but they only increased it by £16. Either the advisor misheard, or it was a typing mistake. I didn't find out until the direct debit went through, necessitating another call to Halifax to sort it out.
