A bunch of scammers

My daughter took car insurance out with this company as they seemed reasonable on the comparison websites but little did we know that we would be robbed of her hard earned money!!! She had a black box fitted then less than 3 months into the policy we had an email and letter to say her policy was being cancelled due to speeding. I was in the car with my daughter at the the black box recorded this false information and NO WAY was she SPEEDING!!!!!!! They cancelled her policy but two days before it was due to be cancelled they took another monthly payment which we have no refund for and cancellation charges to pay on top. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCUM WHO RIP YOUNG DRIVERS OFF. Now my daughter cannot afford to insure her car as the premiums are sky high to the policy being cancelled. Will be contacting Watchdog about this. Reviewed on: 18th January 2017
