Truly amazing in every way! I would go out of my way to recommend this fabulous company to others. They are friendly and efficient and answered all of my questions in a polite and informative manner that gave me a great insight into what I was looking for. Amazing user experience, only downside is poor website design.

The best part of aviva is their customer service teams. They are on the ball and friendly and would go out of their way to help you sort out your money problems. Their products are fairly average, but I'm sticking right where I am simply because of the wonderful service I received.

Overall, I find lloyds to be OK in general but nothing spectacular. They're customer service teams do not go out of their way to understand or help and their products are fairly average. I've found better rates elsewhere and much friendlier staff, and I'm considering switching.
