Sold a faulty car, financed through Alphera. Told them in writing that I wanted to terminate contract as retailer took 108 days to repair my car which still isn't fixed and has 1195 extra mileage on the odometer since being in the garage. Refused to terminate because apparently I only let them and the broker know and not the garage. Contract is with Alphera not the garage I bought it from so no idea why they feel that is valid anyway. They take forever to respond, on hold for half hour at a time. They do not listen to your problems, complaints or situation. Mileage restrictions on contract without proof of current mileage at purchase date. Neglecting, inconsiderate, unprofessional, contradictory and slow to respond. They are Happy to take your money of course.
