Stay away from this company

Sold a faulty car, financed through Alphera. Told them in writing that I wanted to terminate contract as retailer took 108 days to repair my car which still isn't fixed and has 1195 extra mileage on the odometer since being in the garage. Refused to terminate because apparently I only let them and the broker know and not the garage. Contract is with Alphera not the garage I bought it from so no idea why they feel that is valid anyway.
