The telephone is always answered promptly, staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to provide customers with the service which is most appropriate to them. My most recent contact with Scottish Building Society was when my cheque deposit was lost in the post. I sent another cheque and this was credited to my monthly saver account immediately. However, my original cheque then turned up. The staff offered to hold on to the cheque and pay it into my regular saver the following month which was great for me.
