My cash ISA is maturing this month

My cash ISA is maturing this month and i wish to reinvest and also set some aside to help my daughter. As I'm getting older, and get thrown by doing things by computer, I spoke with Cara Morrice as to what I could do. Cara, was very patient, very kind in her manner and also in helping me do the right thing. At no point did I feel pressured and I have decided that I will reinvest in your Building Society. After visiting the SBS office in Glasgow City Centre...

After visiting the SBS office in Glasgow City Centre (where I received very good service in moving money from my saving bonds to a Cash ISA) I called your telephone service and spoke with June. I explained that I wished to add some additional cash to the ISA but was a bit reluctant to do this online(I've made little mistakes when using this method). June was very understanding and helpful (I have poor hearing) and guided me through the process on two different occasions. It is very refreshing to speak with people who really want to help you and take their time to speak slowly and clearly. Everyone else I have spoken with either face to face or on the telephone are equally helpful. Well done to SBS for their people friendly culture. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025
