These people, this company, know how to do customer service. A direct line, they pick up the phone quickly, call and email when they say they will. This is old-fashioned customer service at its best, but with a knowledgeable and friendly approach to providing quality products to properties that are just a little bit more unique. The phone was answered quickly. I needed to give a change of address for correspondence only and this was done efficiently. Reviewed on: 30th July 2026

I wanted to change where my mortgage payment is paid...

I wanted to change where my mortgage payment is paid from to Wise Bank. You told me it is not possible because it is not a recognised bank. This is not a legal requirement (other mortgage companies accept without issue). So it was just your internal policy which caused a lot of problems for me. It seems that you do not try and be helpful to your customer when you decide these things. So I asked for a direct debit because I may change it to another bank. This was weeks ago and today I received it dated 23rd June. Was it just sitting in an out tray for almost two weeks? Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
