REJECTED CLAIM

I have been with Manypets since 2018 and never claimed anything. I have just had a claim rejected because they say it was an ongoing issue from before 2018 even though a vet wrote a letter explaining it was a new issue. For this they expect £156.43 every month! I have now cancelled my policy. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY Reviewed on: 30th September 2026

I have a pet with ongoing health conditions, and I find that being able to claim for her medication is excellent, especially given that Many pets charges a single excess for each insurance year regardless of number of claims. They are often fast in resolving a claim too. Reviewed on: 9th September 2026

I think the service itself is great, and they have always paid for all accidents and illnesses my pets have suffered and in a reasonably good time. However, despite being a customer for over 10 years, I have had to look elsewhere for cover because the price has gone up far too much with every passing year. Prompt payment for vet bill claims

Had a couple of vet bill claims for our dog - one requiring surgery, one requiring medication. Both claims were dealt with promptly and paid. very good service and easy online portal. Reviewed on: 17th August 2026

Paid out thousands for Milli, who died age 13.

Paid out thousands for Milli, who died age 13. Optional extras: Death of your pet. They then refused to pay out as it wasn't an accident. WTF. Took three months to pay out when i claimed money back. steer well clear of this company; take your money, then refuse to pay out or take months to pay.. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2026

Overall, I have had an excellent experience with them and have had every claim honoured. However, they are more expensive than their competitors and when I initially joined them several years ago was assured that prices would stay ethical. When the business model changed, this was not honoured and now I stay with them for continuity and as my pets are of a certain age it's difficult to find a reasonable priced pet insurance .
