Having been with a well known pet insurance provider since my puppy came along I thought I was quite happy with their service until a friend recommended ManyPets. Initially I didn't want to swap but I'm so pleased I did! The level of customer service attention to detail and value for money is excellent. I'm kept up to date and any changes are up to me.
