Happy canine owner !

After reading favourable reviews last year, decided to change insurance to Bought By Many. Unfortunately a few months later my dog became ill - from my initial contact with the company to the end of the claim process, I was delighted with the customer care shown to me. Fast efficient very good experience

I have had the misfortune of having to make several claims in the past year with brought by many and my unlucky Labrador has had several trips to my vets. My dog means the world to me and his happiness is paramount. It's not a nice time for my beloved dog. But it has always been very reassuring to no that the financial side of things are covered it's the last thing you want to have to worry about Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Fantastic customer service, honest and reliable insurer. They even cover dental with the premium policy which is very rare! They pay out quickly and provide all info needed without the jargon. Love bought by many and will always recommend! Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Perfect Company (almost)

Easy to buy, easy to claim and very helpful on hand staff attentive to all your needs. I have two Labradors insured with BBM and so far they have been excellent. Had to unfortunately claim for one of the dogs and claim was easily submitted online in seconds. I paid vets but can do a direct claim and BBM paid me no issues. Highly recommended.
