This company really is brilliant! They care about your pets, and their customer service is top class (Sam). Little things like sending your pet a birthday treat really go a long way. We all have insurance for one reason, and that is for times of need. And that’s when you see the real side to insurers. My dog became unwell recently, and although the claim hasn’t been settled yet, their customer service has been top class, and I’ve been kept informed. Everyone worries about small print, etc., and the ways insurance companies get out of bits, but honestly, Napo doesn’t seem like that at all. They have been straightforward and crystal clear. I’ll hopefully update once the claim’s completed, but honestly, I can’t fault them at all. Even down to their vets' portal—simple and easy to use for vets. Took less than 5 minutes for my vets to register and complete the forms. So thumbs up from them too. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Great service

My beloved boy Zane, an exempt XL Bully 'type' dog, sadly went on his way over the rainbow bridge on 19/12/24. Napo has been nothing but compassionate and has given fantastic customer service during this difficult time. Firstly, I received a beautiful pot plant from them with a message of condolence. Such a thoughtful thing to do. Considering my claim was over the Christmas period, it was dealt with efficiently, with minimum contact from them. My claim was completed on 10/01/25. My heartfelt thanks to all of the Napo team dealing with my claim, for making this difficult time a little easier for me. Their customer service is second to none. NOT PAYING OUT

Wr have been paying them lot's of money each month to make sure we are covered for our dog. They take months in getting back when a payment is due and then decline it eleven though the vets backed us and wrote to them saying the policy had covered it. We are now taking it further due to there response and time to pay what is owed. It's disgusting how they do this and warn everyone not to ho with them. Reviewed on: 28th October 2024

NAPO: Never Actually Pay Out

DONT INSURE YOUR DOG WITH NAPO!!!.They will scam you and refuse to pay. We are 2.5k down because of them. Our beautiful rescue cocker, Ted, had an emergency op for a piece of ball stuck in his gut. 5 weeks later and I've just found out they won't pay because he has an 'agressive' history. He was a police dog in training and had nipped his handler once so they had to let him go. For the record, Ted is a wonderful and loving dog. Oh, btw, they also ramped up the premium after the first year, despite not making a claim before. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024

I never write a review but this company definitely deserves one!I couldn’t be happier with Napo for my dog. From the moment I signed up, with Napo the process was straightforward. Last month, my dog unexpectedly needed surgery, and the cost was significant. The claims process was quick, with clear communication throughout. I've been with Napo for nearly 3 years - both my cats are insured with them. As someone who was dubious about insurance in general, I approached with caution. But at every single turn, every time I needed Napo's assistance with claims, customer service or 24/7 care via online vet consultations, they raised the bar higher and higher. One of my cats has chronic stress cystitis which keeps coming back, but I have a peace of mind with Napo... Not only are they super speedy with claims, they are also great communicators, very easy to reach and get advice on the process of claiming or for questions. I find their content friendly and informative, and can tell that Napo was created by true animal lovers. I recommend them to all cat/dog parents around me.
