I've used PayPal for over 20 years and found the service to be excellent, particularly when I first started using PP. More recently, not so good as I assume less real people employed. Most of the time my reasons for contacting PP was when ebay sellers had done the dirty on me! Reviewed on: 4th September 2026

I heart PayPal Plus

PayPal was the best for disputes and fraud claims, I’ve never had any trouble when requesting refunds on dodgy purchases, but now they have PayPal+ and I’ve already raised £110 in credit. Also great for collections for friends. Reviewed on: 29th August 2026
