I have banked now with Mettle for about 2 years and quite frankly they are the best bank i have ever used .If there has been a problem which is rare their customer services team have been both polite and prompt in letting me know the issue. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

I did not choose the NatWest account but was offered a generous financial reward for doing so. I have recommended this to many others since, mainly for the mettle invoicing app and the access to Freeagent which has been invaluable with the making tax digital requirement for my sole trader business. Mettle has been great for my business. No fees, easy open banking access and access to the Freeagent Platform. Ideally it could handle larger transactions and have IBAN numbers. Reviewed on: 12th April 2026
