Review of the Mettle by NatWest, Business banking:

Lost my money. Couldn't tell me how.

Mettle lost £5k of my money in their system, and despite me giving them all of the relevant tracking numbers and instruction ID, they could not tell me where my money was. They simply claimed "it's in our system and we don't know why it's not in your account". A week after raising this with them and I still don't have my money. Customer service and communication on the matter has been poor, and no explanation yet offered. This has caused severe issues for me an my family. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
