Starling have been such a lovely bank to swap to.

Starling have been such a lovely bank to swap to. The app is super comprehensive and contacting customer service is a breeze. I have a joint account with my partner and it works perfectly, everything is very smooth and thoughtful security checks are often put in place that I appreciate massively. Since opening my Starling current account, I have become more independent and in control of my money. I can clearly see where my funds are and move them about with ease. I love the App it's easy to use. The customer service I have received has been outstanding. I actually feel looked out for, by my bank. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Best Simple online banking provider

The app is sleek, have all the required features, easy to use, never had any outage or any issues with it. Feel money is safe and secure transfers always. super useful feature I like is using the card abroad and getting live exchange rates and some times better than them. Tension free shopping when we go for vacations. Even few cash withdrawals free abroad. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Ethical banking with ease

I love that Starling provides me ethical banking with ease. I am conscious of where I invest my money and wanted a bank that took an ethical stance. After much research I chose Starling and since have been wowed by their ease of use, the apps great features, I particularly like the 'spaces' where I can cordon off money but leave it in my current account. A current account with benefits

There is a Euro account that runs alongside the current account. So easy to transfer money into it too. Very handy for travel within Europe. No more searching for currency exchange and a good rate at all times. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
