I lost my phone and spent 2 days dealing with various banks and my mobile phone company to suspend, block, cancel and then reinstate apps,... Starling was the ONLY ONE that made the process quick, easy and stress free. I'd like to give special thanks to Nicole. She was professional, friendly and lovely throughout, which is in stark contrast to how unprofessional, unfriendly and self serving all the others were.     Avoid Starling Bank they don't let you use your own money by stopping you transferring it between your own accounts and also returned a £20... Avoid Starling Bank they don't let you use your own money by stopping you transferring it between your own accounts and also returned a £20 direct debit when I had about £350 in my account, this resulted in me getting a £25 charge and it will impact my credit file. Their customer services are useless, I've been with the bank for years, but it looks like its time to move on !!!! Read more Read less
