My experience with their feedback process ('starlingbank dot com/contact/') is if you use it, they email you back and tell you to go to the app. If you've crafted a detailed email with your feedback originally, then you are told to go to the app which is limited to 500 characters, you could come unstuck. Challenging for anyone who has communication challenges wishing to articulate feedback effectively. They also do not respond to any feedback submitted. So I officially complained, Starling upheld my complaint and agreed their web site is misleading in this regard, but five months later, no change to their website. As this is not a financial matter involving money, the FCA will not look into this. So Starling just continues to ignore and mislead its customers with regards to feedback. Read more Read less
