Very pleasant an amenable as well as highly efficient and knowledgeable and provided bespoke tailored advice to our circumstances. Cannot fault her and she is a credit to the building society. Looking forward to touching base with her again in 2 years time and continuing the relationship with Monmouthshire which I feel as a 'smaller' lender is more interested in us as individuals rather than following a box ticking exercise.
