Anita really had the magic touch.

Anita really had the magic touch. Anita was not only professional, she was accommodating around our busy work schedules and made the whole process incredibly smooth. Above all, it was Anita’s personality that really stood out for us; Anita was so bubbly and personable and had such an infectious laugh! Anita took the time to get to know us, remembered some big life moments (my partners 30th birthday) and even after the process was done, Anita took the time to congratulate us on our new home. We were so grateful to Anita for keeping the flare and excitement for our new home alive - it really is the little things that mean the most. Anita was nothing short of brilliant throughout and is a true asset to Monmouthshire. We would both like to say a massive thank you to Anita for all that she did for us and we love our new home!
