I got into a pickle trying to download and use the App. I made an appointment to see someone in the office to help me. Andrea, from the Caldicot branch sorted everything out for me with patience and efficiency. Thank you Andrea! It is wonderful to be able to not only speak to a human but deal with one face to face! Excellent Service

I received excellent service when I attended the MBS at Newport on 9 October 2026 from a young gentleman. He offered clear advice and had patience dealing with an elderly person, myself, He works at the Newport Branch of the Monmouthshire Building Society. Reviewed on: 10th October 2026
