Denied access to Regular saver account

I first became Member, and opened an account, in 2001 and now, being '' old '', I find I am being discriminated against when I want o open your 6% Regular saver account. finder .com says it can be opened in branch, website and app. Branch is inappropriate for me, living in the North of Scotland; I have no mobile signal and therefore find anything associated with apps difficult and when I try to apply in your website, I find it is impossible. I am being denied access to your very good 6% Regular Saver account issue 8. Reviewed on: 18th September 2025

We go to your agency in Clevedon. They are always welcoming and know their stuff. I don't like putting passbooks in the post so handing them over to a real person gives us confidence that they never leave safe hands. If you didn't have that agency I'm not sure what we would do. Very poorly designed app, and limited customer service

Very poorly designed app and only offers limited functionality, and faster payment is not fast either, every transaction takes a day which is less than ideal. App crushes multiple times. both transfer in/out takes a day (maybe more). Apart from the recent good offer of 6% interest in exclusive reg saver, nothing about this Monmouthshire BS is good. Only dived into becoming their customers because of these saving offers but all this negatives are now making me regret my decision Reviewed on: 6th September 2025

Stay away

I completed online registration for a regular saver account. Completed all the paperwork necessary for the money to be debited from my primary account… and nothing! No repose to my enquiries, no answers to my phone calls, nada. Reviewed on: 31st August 2025
