Great Experience

Found Vicky very knowledgeable on the products on offer. Very helpful on explaining to us what we needed. Very satisfied with the whole experience which we have to do every year. This was far easier than the previous bank we had just visited. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

Was worried a smaller BS would be slow, cumbersome a...

Was worried a smaller BS would be slow, cumbersome and complicated. It was the opposite and the app is top class. I have other BS apps some are poor some are good this one is probably the best. Reviewed on: 7th February 2026

A warm and friendly welcome.

A warm and friendly welcome. Karen was extremely helpful. She talked through options of savings accounts available. I was able to install and set up my account on the app which is ideal for me. Very pleased I came into branch to set up this morning. Reviewed on: 7th February 2026

It was a positive experience.

It was a positive experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We were welcomed and immediately shown into a private room with a designated member of staff. We were offered refreshments and the whole experience wasn't rushed in any way. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

I have been a member of Monmouthshire Building Society for many years now and I have always received a consistently high standard of service.I would particularly like to mention all of the team at the Monmouth branch AND Hannah at the Chepstow branch…….M B S are fortunate to have such a dedicated and professional team working for them. Please pass on my thanks. On a slightly different note thread, I shall be looking for a home for my ISA ,on April 6 ,2026 ,so hopefully M B S will have some competitive fixed rates on the table.
